Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By using this website or any Trackdown device or software service, you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company or fleet, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. The service

Trackdown provides GPS tracking devices, dash-cams, and fleet management software as described on this site and in your order/quote. Feature availability depends on your selected plan.

3. Devices & installation

Devices must be installed by Trackdown or an authorised installer to remain under warranty and to support AIS-140 certification claims where applicable. Tampering with or removing a device may affect service accuracy and compliance status.

4. Fees & AMC

Fees are as agreed in your quote or order. Annual Maintenance Contract terms, including renewal pricing, are disclosed at the time of your initial order.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to track a vehicle or individual without appropriate legal right or consent to do so, and to comply with applicable law, including AIS-140 and related regulations where relevant to your vehicle category.

6. Limitation of liability

Trackdown provides tools to support fleet safety and compliance, but does not guarantee prevention of theft, accidents, or compliance outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, Trackdown's liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh having jurisdiction.
