1. Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly — name, phone number, email, company and fleet details — when you submit a form, request a demo, or contact support. If you become a customer, we collect vehicle location data, device telemetry, and (where dash-cams are installed) event-triggered video clips as part of delivering the tracking service.
2. How we use it
We use contact information to respond to enquiries, provide quotes, and deliver support. We use vehicle location and device data solely to operate the tracking and fleet management service for the account it belongs to, and to alert the account holder to configured events (geofence, ignition, tamper, SOS).
3. Who can access location data
Only users authorised on your fleet dashboard can view your vehicles' location and event data. Trackdown staff access account data only to provide support or maintain the platform, and never share fleet location data with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Data storage & security
Location data, device telemetry and dash-cam event clips are stored on encrypted cloud infrastructure. Access to production systems is restricted to authorised personnel.
5. Cookies & analytics
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for analytics and to measure marketing campaign performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
6. Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at trackdown.in@gmail.com. Fleet/vehicle data tied to an active service contract is retained for the duration of that contract.
