From first call to live tracking, without the runaround
Here's exactly what happens after you reach out — no vague 'onboarding process,' just the four steps and what to expect at each.
Consult
A short call to understand your fleet size, vehicle types, and whether AIS-140 applies. You get a device recommendation and quote — not a sales script.
Install
Our install network fits trackers and dash-cams at your location or a partner garage. Single vehicles are typically done same-day; multi-vehicle fleets get a scheduled rollout plan.
Activate & train
We activate your dashboard, load your vehicles, and walk dispatchers and drivers through the platform and mobile app so day one isn't a learning curve.
Ongoing support
AMC coverage, firmware updates, and a support line that answers — with renewal reminders so you're never caught non-compliant or unsupported.
Indore-based, built to cover your fleet
Installation is handled by our trained network, based out of Indore and coordinated for fleets across Madhya Pradesh and other states we support. For multi-city fleets, we schedule installs at each vehicle's location so trucks and buses don't need to come off route.
Tell us your fleet's locations when you request a demo and we'll confirm install coverage and timing before you commit.
Training for dispatchers and drivers
A dashboard nobody knows how to use doesn't protect your fleet. After activation, we walk your dispatch team through alerts, geofences and reporting, and give drivers a short walkthrough of the mobile app and what triggers an SOS or alert.
Enterprise accounts get a dedicated onboarding session and reference documentation for new hires.
Support SLA
We respond within 2 business hours on support requests, with priority handling for Enterprise accounts. Reach us by phone, WhatsApp or the dashboard support panel — whichever's fastest for you.
